a logo, a website, or a professional degree to validate it.

Founded by composer, producer, and educator
Willie Russell Jr. — with over a decade of experience in teaching multi-genre instrumental music discipline and modern hybrid production — the studio was built on a single conviction:

Where the Name Comes From
The name did not come from a boardroom.
It did not come from a branding session.
It came from a studio.
From hours of self-education,
countless YouTube tutorials - no mentor,
every technique figured out by ear.
From the slow process of learning to trust
what the music was saying before any
formal instruction could confirm it.
As the work deepened and things started clicking,
as compositions began to sound the way
they were always supposed to sound,
a phrase started showing up...
Not after failure...After progress.
After something working the way it was always meant to.
"Yeah, #ThatSoundBoutRight".
That phrase became the company name.
That conviction became the doctrine.
And the studio being built right now is
the physical proof that the instinct was correct.
